They’ve certainly spent many hours honing their insta accounts, TikTok videos and snapchat profiles… But - they’re missing a crucial resource. Something that will get them seen, noticed and remembered - for all the RIGHT reasons! Their LinkedIn profile.

As a 40 year old (still living like he's a twenty something) I really envy the amazing digital tools that are now available to young entrepreneurs and those just starting out in their careers.

I often wonder what I would tell my 18 year old self if I had the chance. 

My advice would be the same as I tell my nephew - create an amazing page, tell the world and your future employers / clients just how motivated you are, and how much success means to you. 

Because that's exactly what I had in 1999! I had ambition, thirsty for success and eager for a big house, a fancy car and plenty of cash to splash.

In 2013, LinkedIn lowered its minimum age requirement from 18 to 14, giving students the power to post their skills and interests — something they're proud of and want colleges and potential employers to find!
